2013/2014

please wait for the summary of 2013. (i'm rushing assignments now)

Firs and foremost, happy happy new year to every single one of you that is reading this post now. 2013 have been an amazing/ roller coaster/ heart racing yet enjoyable year for me! I've been through so much in 2013 and for each and everything obstacles thrown at me, i'm very very glad to say it proudly, , "Yes, i've overcame it!"

2013  wasn't easy year i must say. From the frightening o'level results (wow it's been a year) to the posting of school, to making new friends, to rushing assignments then to having lots of fun. Overwhelmed by so so so so so many emotions. Let's do a recap of 2013. Apologies this entry came in late.

Looked for a job and started working at 8@green! Wonderful place wonderful people. Oh i miss working with them. 

Simple 17th birthday celebration. Mom got cat 1 tickets to Le Noir. I've always loved acrobatic performances.

and dad treated us to long beach dinner. They have the yummiest and fattest crabs. 

The nerve wrecking moment of finding out which course i was posted to for another three years. I received the text message early in the morning and was half disappointed half pleased. At least i managed to get into the course of my choice but unfortunately not the school i wanted. 

Received more text messages the next few days about camps and more camps. Ugh, i regretted not joining the camp tho... 

Of course first days are always the most nervous ones. I had to go to school all alone because no one i knew were going to the same school as me. (T_T) But i'm so thankful i was posted to class 05 becuase they have been and will be the most amazing bunch of people for the next few years together. I'm thankful in 2013 i made new friends and friends i know i can trust. I'm so thankful these girls and guys entered my school life. Because i would definitely not be the same without all of them.

Got a chance to meet Desmond Tan in person at star vista. Yay, finally!!!!!!

Mothers' Day dinner at Revolving Restaurant - Prima Tower

And another Mother's Day celebration with the people at dad's side. This time at east coast park. Haven't been there for picnics in the longest time, i'm glad this was planned. 

Second zoo visit with the family. 

 In school we did quite a number of filming. I love love love filming!

 Joined the cmh volunteers for gardens by the bay with the elderly. Quite an experience. 

Then a few days later, i visited GBTB with the family. Still fun i would say!

Lucky us got tickets to the final one! First visit to a mediacorp studio.

National Day parade!

Head over to MBS to celebrate Singapore's Birthday. We werent at the parade itself, but out MBS so first time experience. 

 Ms Trudy offered us Final 1 tickets for their finale! Went with Jia Chi, Kenneth, Lynette and her friends, Danielle!

Went marina barrage for SY's belated birthday celebration with the FATTIE!!! oh i love them so much. Meet up soon gals.

 Since we got annual tickets, we visited USS again for the second time. Still spectacular.

JiaChi kindly invited the both of us (kenneth and me) over for still sunrise fan meet. Wheeee. They are so humble and nice. It was great meeting them! (and of course needless to say, talented)

i miss that place so so much now it's been 4 days since i'm back. I miss the people (all 40 of them including the tour guides) I miss the cold, extremely cold weather and the scenery! (AND YES SKIING!!!!) I hate how time flies so quickly now it's bad to reality. But nonetheless, great trip and i look forward to the next flight! 

2013 was such a blast and amazing. I'm thankful for every single thing that happened within that 365 days. I'm thankful for the people i've met. And i hope for everyone of you and myself that 2014 would be as amazing if not better. New discoveries, new ties, new experiences. I'm going to be in y2 in april, i still cannot believe it. How on earth did y1 just flew past like this! Which brings me to mentioning we're going to expect twice the amount of workloads and i hope twice the amount of fun in CASS/DMC. Alright, here's another Happy 2014, a smooth yea ahead for all of us.
