I'm finally gonna blog about the national day parade 2013. Ok we didn't really go for the parade, but we went mbs for this family party, sitting on picnic mats and watching the parade thru the big screen. the only thing good i felt was we had close up view on planes that flew by, special effects and fireworks!
Left pretty early because we wanted to get good seat. but we weren't really early in the end. Arrived at cousin's place at around 330pm and registration begins at 4pm!
It was quite a shock because one goodie bag for four of us so...... yea i know. :(
When we were there, the sides were already taken, so we took the centre. and we sat on floors yup. Went of with cous to get gc cause we were all really thirsty. I queued more than 20 mins for gc, the longest i've queued yet.
Stick on tattoos. You alays have to have them during ndp right!
AND LET THE PARADE BEGIN. i didn't really snap pictures because i was occupied with tacking videos.
It ended around 8 plus and we had to wait for the marching contingent to finish their march before the gates opened.
Super congested when we get out and headed to the mrt. Like we were pancaked im not even kidding. And we were stopped at the gantry because the platform were packed.
Well spent day i would say. Tho, i really wanted to attend the parade itself. But it's fine since we got to spent time off.
